The Law Offices of Eddie Vassallo, P.C. was established in 1986. Located in the Uptown area of Dallas, we not only serve the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding cities, but also clients in San Antonio, Laredo, Austin, Houston and other cities throughout the State of Texas.

As an AV-rated law firm, we are recognized by Martindale-Hubbell for having reached the highest levels of skill and integrity and the height of professional excellence.  Our law firm consists of four attorneys who concentrate their efforts in working with landowners that are in the forefront of development. We primarily represent clients in eminent domain, condemnation and inverse condemnation issues, which have included strong and successful advocacy for clients in the Trans-Texas Corridor. In addition to condemnation cases, our attorneys limit their practice to commercial litigation, real estate, zoning, planning and land use. Our firm provides clients with legal advice, negotiated settlements and representation in administrative hearings, trial litigation and appellate work.

We have close to 90 years of combined legal experience, and by limiting our practice to such a focused and specialized area of law, we are able to be attentive to our clients while at the same time striving for high quality results on their behalf.

Throughout the years, our attorneys have authored articles and lectured extensively on eminent domain, condemnation, inverse condemnation, land use and related real estate issues.

Our law office is conveniently located on the fringe of downtown Dallas and is easily accessible from Central Expressway (Highway 75), from I35-E and the Dallas North Tollway. Ample parking space is provided for clients.
